  • 1996
    Chiway Group Founded

    In 1996, Chiway Education Group, the flagship arm of our parent, Chiway Group, was established. It is headquartered in Shanghai and is one of China's leading private providers of vocational training for the automotive and aviation industry as well as K-12 and international education curriculum.

  • 2002
    Developed Suzhou International Education Park (North)

    In 2002, in recognition of Chiway Group's expertise in planning and developing schools for its education business, the Suzhou government invited the Group to participate in the development of Suzhou International Education Park (North).

  • 2004
    Developed First Residential Project

    In 2004, the Group embarked on its first property development project, Suzhou Xuefu Garden, comprising 2,734 residential units, 80 commercial units, a primary school and a kindergarten. The project was completed in 2009.

  • 2014
    Entered Australia

    In 2014, the Group made its maiden foray into the Australian real estate market through a joint venture with a local property developer, Property Solutions Pty Ltd, to develop a residential and commercial project in Brisbane. In 2015, the Group expanded its footprint in Australia to Sydney through its successful tender for the acquisition of a land parcel for residential development.

    Listed on SGX Mainboard

    On 6 August 2014, the Group was listed on the main board of SGX through a reverse takeover.

  • 2016
    Entered United States

    In 2016, the Group made its maiden foray into US real estate market through a joint venture with a local real estate developer, Urban Commons, LLC, to develop a residential and hotel project in Los Angeles.

  • 2016
    Re-named CWG International Ltd.

    On 7 November 2016, shareholders approved the Group's change of name from Chiwayland International Limited to CWG International Ltd.
